How to display only discussions that have prefix?

Would you please help me how to display only discussions that have prefix (in a category)? I tried with search the prefix words, but it's not work.

http://domain.com/search?Search=Prefix

For example: When I go to the "Category 1", click on a link "PrefixName", then it will show only discussions that have "PrefixName" in this "Category 1".
