Can't get tags to show up on discussions page

I'm using a version of vanilla from github. Any idea what the problem might be? Thank you

I tried doing that, as you suggested in another thread. But it unfortunately doesn't make it work, that did help in another add-on I had trouble with, though. So thank you!
