Marketplace Plugin

Any one try the MarketPlace plugin on vanilla 2.0.18.10?
Every time I hit enable I get the following Error:

The addon could not be enabled because it generated a fatal error:

MarketPlace is missing the following requirement(s): KarmaBank >=0.9.6.3b.

The Marketplace plugin requires the Karma Bank plugin, which you can download at: http://vanillaforums.org/addon/karmabank-plugin

It requires karma bank. But you don't need to set any karma rules.
