new messages do not get flagged for moderation

New messages/posts/comments by Members do not get flagged for moderation, but get posted to the public immediately. How do I configure Vanilla to hold posts until they are approved?

    I believe there is a postapproval plugin.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
