Question about possibility of two registrations in one

edited July 2006 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
I know that say integration with other blog tools or CMS is a big question, but I'm wondering on the possibility (or what would need to be done) to write some kind of little script where a Vanilla registration could spawn say a Wordpress user as well with the same information, or vice versa? I'm a php novice, and the OO approach Vanilla uses seems a bit over my head at this point, so I'm not sure what SQL query would be necessary. Any pointers? I'm not worried much about mixing the two users, they can exist independently (ie not share a table) but I'd love to be able to make one registration. Unfortunately, I can't really wait for swell and it's built in integration for what I am building. Any tips? Keep up the good work :) -jeff
