Are some of the plugin .zips broken?

I have been downloading various plugins and stuff, however a lot of the .zip files seem to be broken such as signatures, postcount, proxyconnect and voting.

update
clicking download now will download a 0kb .zip file. clicking on the link on say this page http://vanillaforums.org/get/fileupload-plugin-1.5.2 will be broken

The forum is being upgraded so there may be some issues.
