Is there any place to downlaod "Baseline Locale 1.0.1b" add-on?
it is most likely out of date anyway since it was last updated in 2011. You would have a better chance with locale developer plugin or one of the transifex plugins. You could look on github in the addons section they might be there. Otherwise you will have to sit tight
