Problems with Emoticon using Emotify and NBBC plugins

I have installed version 2.1b2 of vanilla with NBBC and Emoticon plugins. I've tried to add an Emoticon and the smiley does not appear.
the smiley ":)" is replaced by a broken picture image. I've check the source html and notice the link to the image is wrong. The img src of the picture is set to
"/forum/index.php?p=/plugins/NBBC/design/smileys/smile.gif" which is wrong,
the picture is in "/forum/plugins/NBBC/design/smileys/smile.gif"
Is this a know problem ?
Is there a solution ?
