how to translate Bootstrap themes?

Hi, i download the bootstrap theme plugin, i acrivate it and my site looks awesome, but i have a problem. Im using a spanish plugin to transtale the forum, but with this plugin, the half of the forum is in spanish and the other half is in english. How i can translate the bootstrap theme?
