Help with url encoding and urls on a Windows server?

Any url that I load up, with say a hyphen in it, is changing into %2D, etc etc... Once the url has loaded, I can change it to what it should be, press enter, and it sticks.... weird.. Any tips? Is it an IIS problem?

  • Sounds more like a browser issue, 3stripe. I guess it depends in what context this is related to, are you purposely url encoding the output or is this just happening at random? and is this even vanilla related or something else?

Something else... sorry yeah I should have made that clear.... it happens at at random here
  • I wonder if utf-8 encoding has anything to do with that.
