Default Responsive Theme

Today I had a friend ask me if it were possible to create a Responsive Vanilla Forums theme.
I told him it's possible and I see a few themes pending stable release that are responsive too.
However, none for the current stable version of Vanilla Forums - not that I was able to find at least.
So quickly, I put together something using the default theme that made it a responsive theme.
It's very simplistic and lightweight, but it's responsive. It's done with no framework for responsive design.
