Incase anyone's interested, here's a photo of our forum running on an Xbox :-)
Surpsingly useable really, it renders the page fine just not the CSS, it's possible to login, post etc.

The Wii probably won't be much of a problem, because it'll be running Opera. The Nintendo DS (with Opera) should work as well. :)

Oh for awhile there I thought you meant that it was literally running on the Xbox, like being hosted using Gentoox or something.

That's hillarious! I wonder what prevents the CSS to not render though.
I believe the browser's called linksbox or similar. It's merely a text browser I think.
If one is serious about web on an xbox linux is the keyword, of course.
