Loading all the time and never be able to access discussion board. Test at least 3 different android phones.
Can't not comment if using IE 9, error text " No body found"
Anyone please help me ?

can any other mobile device view the discussion board besides android?
other than not using ie and using another web browser or using compatibility mode

My Vanilla version is: 2.0.18.11
iOS, windows phone is OK
Do you use the standard theme or a custom theme?
perhaps your mobile theme can't be accessed.
as a test:
try temporarily changing your theme to the embed theme which is tpl based like mobile.
if you get an error on a regular computer non-mobile or a blank screen, it is because your smarty compile folder has the wrong permissions.

I would suspect javascript.
