style sheet not switching

one of my users (on a pc with the latest version of firefox) cannot switch styles with the custom styles extension. no one else seems to have a problem with it though. any idea of what i can do to help him or fix it?

    Hmmmm. Get his username and password and sign in as him just so you can be sure that it actually does work on his account. If you switch it using his acccount and he still can't see it, then it might be a caching issue on his end. If you try to switch it and it won't switch, it might be a bug.

    This made me think: a good extension would be one that allows you to "become" another user temporarily.
