vanilla's text box buttons?

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

hi, i'm running version 2.1, how do i get buttons on top of text box like vanilla's ? is there a plugin for this? please see attached screenshot.

    buttonbar plugin which is included in the core.

    just activated button bar, i dont see buttons for ordered list, unordered list, and smiley face, and attach image button, how do i add these? thanks.

    simple - go to the vanilla hosted forum and sign up or pay someone to write the changes for you, or follow the instructions on the comment that show you how to add things and do it yourself.
