how can i download files that uploaded with this addon?

i'm using this plugin for my support forum for the software called "energyui" the files of this program are ' .nPrj' and when i upload then i can only open them like txt files and not download them ..... what can i change in order to download them as a file ?

If you can't download them, it is because of your server settings:

it is your browser settings that affect whether something is downloaded or displayed. but you could force the txt files to be zip files as r_j alluded to in the link.
I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
