Error when trying setup JS Connect

So I just launched my forum (http://ovcball.net/talk) and keep getting an error every time I attempt to set up JSconnect (I'm using Vanilla 2.1) I took a screen shot of the error information

    ALTER TABLE GDN_UserAuthenticationProvider ADD IsDefault BOOLEAN NOT NULL DEFAULT FALSE ;

    it's a bit unfortunate this isn't cleaned up yet.

    so the same question isn't asked over and over and over.

    but then again it never hurts to read the existing comments in any plugin before attempting to use it.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

    The Problem is that the current version of this plugin is for the unreleased 2.2 version of vanilla.
