I have an SSL cert. but I was looking around and can't find how to activate it on my site as default URL. When I go to https://mydomain it works fine, but all links are in http:// not https:// how can I change this?

You need to add a configuration to force ssl and also change the http to https in the embed.js or the remote.js for the embed plugin
