No and really all it does is make you create an account with them to house all your logins in one widget. They have no support for the actual plugins to log gin as they are apps you still need to create to put the publisher numbers in.
I think they offer too many possibilities , like myspace, who logs in with myspace ?
You can try to fix it by looking at the tutorial for how to fix an old plugin for 2.1
