Tag Cloud URL Broken?

Bit of odd behaviour, hoping someone could help me out as I'm pretty new to the Vanilla framework.

I have my forum at blahblah.com/forum, and when I click a link in the Tag Cloud I get a 404 because it's linking to blahblah.com/forum/forum/discussions/tagged/ instead of the obvious blahblah.com/forum/forum/discussions/tagged/

Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
