Twitter login works sometimes, sometimes doesn't. (2.1)

Hi all,

Odd problem - when logging in with Twitter Oath 1.1 some users get in to our forum just fine. Others get redirected to a brief "create account and add email" page which then redirects to home.

Anyone had this issue before (we're embedding in Wordpress).
