Removing User or Removing Topics

hello. i recently installed a fresh copy of the vanilla forum on my website. i pre-test it on how's it gonna work and am having a hard time finding to where can i delete my recently posted topic or just hide it. even if am on guest mode it always appear the discussion. any suggestion/tutorial on how to completely remove the topic? one more thing, is there anyway i can see all the users who are registered on my forum? because i cant remove some users who are just there who doesn't even post a discussion. that would be all. thank you for your time. hope to hear from u guys.

    To hide a comment, there's a small link to the right of the comment. To hide an entire topic (discussion) there's a small link in the sidebar to the left when you're viewing that discussion.
