Meta-tags in Default-Template

Hi you all,
I use vanilla-forums 2.0.18.10 with the default template.
I wonder how I can integrate meta-tags in that template to optimize it for search engines?
Could anybody help please?

there are several plugins for this , just input the word Meta in the search for add ons
