Wordpress Integration problem

Thanks for looking!
So, I have successfully set up the forum within my website. However, when I go to the forum page, there are no menu items/links to take me back to the rest of my Wordpress site (without clicking on the browser "back" button). How do I get the Wordpress menu in there?
Thanks in advance!

@Dab
edit the your themes default master.tpl(or.php) and insert your link there.
or add a home link via the http://vanillaforums.org/addon/addmenuitem-plugin
You are welcome in the past!
unfortunately you mentioned neither your version of Vanilla or your theme.
and you probably want to add it to your mobile theme default master.tpl(or .php)
if you don't use the add it via http://vanillaforums.org/addon/addmenuitem-plugin
I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

Sorry for the lack of details. I'm using the latest version of Vanilla (installed today), with the Embed-Friendly 3.0 theme, along with the 2014 Wordpress theme. The site link is: http://www.testsite.finallyfree.ca. Thanks!

Forget about my comment, please.
It looks as though you did not embed the forum at all in your wordpress.
Please follow the tutorial here http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/24780/how-to-embed-your-forum-into-a-wordpress-page

If you embed the forum, there still won't be a way to get your wordpress menu to show up. You'll need to change/hack the page and display that hardcoded. Or use a page with sidebar. That will ofcourse, display everything you put in the sidebar.
For instance, I wanted to display the upcoming 3 airsoft events, so I put some php code that queries the last 3 events and then displays the embedded forum.
The only thing I really dislike is the redirect you get when moving to the forum url. But thats something that won't be used much I guess.
