Strange Formatting Profile Pages

I would love it if any of you have a quick tip for me on fixing this... Here's the direct link: http://community.ouranthemishope.com/activity
If you click on the name of a member (let's just say the latest, "Angiko", for this example), you're taken to their profile page which lists all their recent activity, as expected.
But something strange is happening with the list items/Profile Tabs (class="TabLink").
I really do not know what's causing that little formatting error (it looks like the blocks inside the TabLinks - that represent the number of discussions or comments - are defaulting to line breaks for some reason), but if someone could look at my source code and give me any advice on where to begin, I'd appreciate it very much.
Thanks!

Uh... Well, looks like switching to another theme then back again actually fixed it. I hope the issue doesn't come back... Still would love any advice you guys have for moving forward, or any explanation of what could have caused the issue.
I'm not an expert coder yet, but I'm eager to learn. Thanks!
who knows what theme or vanilla version you are using? certainly not us. because you didn't mention either.
always a good idea to follow the instruction in the post discussion box.
if it comes back and you have the problem mention it.
I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
Le sigh.
Spoke too soon. It's still doing it on other folks' profiles.

That theme is not too great by the way, it needs serious help. Is it a modified default theme?
You would be better off using a nicer theme that already works well.

Sorry. Total noob here, cheeky-one.
I'm using Vanilla 2.0.18.10, and I modified the default theme files to my aesthetic preferences.
Therein may lie the problem, but I do not recall editing anything that would affect this.
Then again, I'm the noob here.
That last comment was directed @peregrine.
@vrijvlinder, yes, it's a modified default theme. I haven't had an abundance of time to search the themes available, and the few I did see were - uh - less-than-desirable?
But I agree, I'm always happier with something that works well "out of the box".
that's the case usually. no one ever recalls things like that. but sometimes they do.
you should upgrade for security sake anyway. I would go with 2.1 if you can , many more features.

cheeky one is foreign language. I don't speak the King's English.

You can simply download a few and test. I recommend the Glass theme because you can change the whole look by just changing the background.
Also my css is arranged in alphabetical order and is easy to edit the custom.css because it is nice and orderly.
Anything is better than the default theme :disappointed_relieved:
Also please update to 2.1 because it is better and more things work with it. 2.0 is on it's last months bye bye...

I have seen that before and also written something about that. Either here or on GitHub, but I cannot find it rightnow.
If I recall it right, it has something to do with unread discussions, but I'm really not sure about that! I know that it has been corrected. Not sure if that has already been corrected in 2.0.18.11, but I would - like peregrine and vrijvlinder already did - advise you to upgrade to 2.1 where this issue has been solved for sure.
