But i'm not able to translate the following words : ( views, comment, unanswered questions )

problem is with this theme : Bootstrap

probably in default.master.tpl or in default.master.php.

I found in default.master.tpl

Yes you can, simply clone the theme and rename it.

generally with themes you just copy and clone it, and change the cloned copy.

in wp there are child themes.

in vanilla sometimes , there is a child making a theme.

child theme in wordpress or Xenforo are really usefull to update

you can update custom.css and change themehooks and defualt.master.tpl in your cloned copy

a child theme is just a clone of the original. I use that to make backups of themes. But it is a pain when there is a major update.

I prefer making new themes that don't depend on other people's updates.

buttonbar is the closest editor, the one you want is proprietary at the moment. called advanced editor or something

buttonbar is distributed with core, you already have it in your installation.
