Error when trying to bookmark discussions

I've just pressed the bookmark button, but I now get the error in bottom left corner of the screen.

Any ideas? This happens on ALL posts on the forum

I'm using 2.1 (major stable release)
Using Chrome (tried firefox - same issue)
Windows 7

Maybe it is the OpenGraph plugin again? Try if disabling that plugin helps. If yes, here's a solution for you: http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/26886/error-when-deleting-a-comment#latest

I don't actually have OpenGraph after reading all the errors it brought - thank you for the help though, sincerely appreciated.

My best guess is that you have one outdated plugin installed. Maybe you can compare your plugins with that list: http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/26703/plugins-themes-that-work-and-don-t-work-in-vanilla-2-1#latest

Just a quick bit of feedback - it was the plugin (I was using "BetterNotifications" which was causing this issue).
