Unique ID Dialog when Using FB Connect

I've set up my FB application, but when I try to use the FB registration button on the page, I get this pop up. What am I missing?

I also look at the Authenticator page, and the only option I see is Password. Clicking the dropdown to configure, I see OpenID, but selecting that places me in a loading loop that never resolves. Thank you in advance for any ideas.

    And to head off the question, this is a completely new 2.1 deployment. Sorry to leave that off the first time!

    It appears that it was a bad secret string in my configuration. I reset the App Secret on Facebook, repasted it into my Vanilla page, and all was well.
