Can I pin a discussion? (ANSWERED)

I just would like to ask if I can somehow PIN a specific discussion, for example the rules, or a welcome message.

I'm using Vanilla 2.1 with Categories disabled.

    Stupid question... I've already found that I can pin it by ticking announce checkbox. Sorry :smile:
