upload never end

I'm using vanilla 2.1, when i unload an image i see "uploading..." text but never end, if i check via FTP i see a new folder created under
/uploads/FileUploads/
withe file i'm uploading, but never show in post

With bootstrap theme delete file would not work, i try to preview my forum with basic theme and work, any idea on how to fix it?

it works for me with bootstrap adding deleting viewing , etc.
