How do you have Answers and Comments in the same Vanilla Website?

I want to have just 2 forum categories on a new Vanilla website.

One of the categories is for Questions and Answers and the other one is for Discussions and Comments.

How do you set this up so that when you look at the Questions you see Answers underneath, and when you look at Discussions you see Comments underneath? We have the site in development and at the moment both Questions and Discussions display Comments underneath.

Below are examples taken from this website showing how you can have both - is there a way to assign this in the settings?
