Something has gone wrong message on my site

I just completed uploading the site based on vanilla opensource from localhost to

http://peerdevelopment.com/webapps/wordpress/newdialog/

"Something has gone wrong.

We've run into a problem and are unable to handle this request right now.
Please check back in a little while."

What might be wrong? Suggestions welcome.

Add this line to the /conf/config.php file temporarily to see the full error message behind the "something has gone wrong" message:

$Configuration['Debug'] = true;

Delete any ini files from the cache folder.
