'Customize Theme'

Was the 'Customize Theme' option taken out? I need to edit the CSS for a theme.

As far as I know this has never been in the OS version.

You have 2 options:

1. Edit the custom.css in your theme folder (themes/ThemeName/design/custom.css), or create one if you are using the default.
2. Use my plugin CSSedit
