Migrating from Oxwall 1.7.0?

Currently I have a site running Oxwall, but I have been finding it more and more buggy and annoying each passing day. I'm looking for a new site / forum for our community, but to start from scratch would be bad for business. So, is there a way to migrate to Vanilla Forums and transfer all our current registered users (and posts, if possible)?

What you need to do is make a 'dump' of the database structure of Oxwall and of Vanilla.
After that you need to figure out (compare) which Oxwall data goes in which Vanilla field.
