VSLIDER: The addon could not be enabled because it generated a fatal error

Installed under /plugins, moved vslider to root directory then vslider.html to root as well. Tried to enable plugin and received this message on Vanilla 2.1.1.

I installed to try for a second time after getting some experience in installing sliders. Tried 5 to date can get them to show but have other ramification.
I have installed all never altered anything put the vslider.html, vslider folder in the route. Looked at the html, not a clue what to do here, so now i have vslider in plugin and route, is this correct?
