(BBCode)Quotes not working in comments

I've a problem with Quotes (BBCode) in comments:
When I post a discussion, citations appear normally. (BBCode) but when I post a comment, quotes appear in HTML code (while other BBCodes works normally).

I'm using ButtonBar
