Is it possible to skin/style the admin area of vanilla for moderators?

I would like to style the admin area so it doesn't have the standard vanilla admin theme and has a theme more similar to our front end forum theme.
Is this possible?
If so, how?

Yes please download the theme GreenGlass or VanillaGrape they have a customadmin.css file that matches the main theme so you can see how I did it.
You can then create a customadmin.css file and add it to the design folder of your theme.
