I actually just commited a change to make it work with better with ButtonBar and Fileupload thanks to a hint by @peregrine.

For me, it's enough, but i think it would better if the font size same as the font size in this community

That is very easy to archieve, since the font size changes are all in one place.
To get back the standard font size you can just comment out line 7 to 44 in the custom.css

Thanks, saved me. I used theme in version 2021.012. It seems the whole things working.
