Error Message on my Forums for Twitter

I am getting a error message when I try to share a discussion on twitter. Here is the message I am getting. {"request":"\/1.1\/statuses\/update.json","error":"Read-only application cannot POST."}

However the funny thing is when I log out it will send the message to twitter no problem. Thanks guys.

Okay I have read and right on both Access level "Application settings" and a "Your access token" when I go to add the code am I dropping in the "Consumer Secret" "Consumer Key" to be sure. Now I am getting a error of "Invalid or expired token" We are getting some where

were you able to fix this issue?
