Yes, i should click enable button twice to make it works
the firs clicking return 'FATAL ERROR" , then i try to goto plugins again, and click enable button again, it works.
It same with Line Stickers addon

I had problems that seemed to be "having to click twice on buttons"-problems when I made my first experiences with PHPs Opcache and maybe it is the same for APC and the like, too. I had to put /conf/config.php on the opcache blacklist and afterwards that problems were gone. Maybe you are facing the same problem, although I couldn't remember to see any errors like you do.
Is there any further information concerning the fatal error?
