I can't access my forum

I installed vanilla forums using softaculous (in cpanel)
After the installation I received following information.
Vanilla has been successfully installed at :
http://forum.gomilitary.in
Administrative URL : http://forum.gomilitary.in/dashboard/settings/gettingstarted
But when I try to access both of these urls , it returns me a 'page not found' [ Oops! Google Chrome could not find forum.gomilitary.in ]
Please help me out. How can I access the forum ?

Thank you for your reply. But I tried installing in at forum.gomilitary.in
What changes do I need to make to get it on the sub-domain and according to you which one should be preferred for installing a forum -
1. Subdomain i.e. forum.gomilitary.in
2. The way is is now i.e. gomilitary.in/forum
Though I may by too pacifistic to find something***Go Military***something good in any way, I see a humoristic aspect in GoMilitary.In/Forum
