Increase post description word/letter limit

Sometime we may need to post larger topic in our vanilla forum. So i think there should have an option to set the description word/letter limit.
If i wanna do that myself for my theme.. which file i need to change?

I'll see if I can find in dashboard.

heres a config statement for conf/config.php based on characters. e.g. 8001 characters.

$Configuration['Vanilla']['Comment']['MaxLength'] = '8001';

thanks for your comment. i checked vanilla settings. there i did not find this type option to limit word for every discussion post.

my mistake about dashboard link...

it is not in
/index.php?p=/vanilla/settings/advanced

but in

index.php?p=/vanilla/settings/floodcontrol

clicking around the different dashboard options - still applies. you would have found it
