Blank Topic after Clean install?

I've tried this so many times. I've reinstalled this 2.1.3 a lot now, it seems if it's 2 or above it does this.
After the install everything seems to work, except if you go to a discussion. Then the screen is blank.

I've tried looking in other posts, I haven't found anything.

There's no plugins, no theme. Everything clean and default.
