Does the image upload browse your computer for an image? Or is it only for links?

I need an editor that allows users to post images from their computer or mobile, will this editor allow this?

Why don't you just try it out?

If it doesn't work, I know that imageupload and the standard cleditor plugin work together, so chances are, it can be made to work with this one too.

Like Bleistivt mentioned there is an awesome plugin that handles the images upload the way it should. I've worked with it in the past, have to check it now. I'll see if there is an integration with the cleditor, and answer to you in the next days.
But meanwhile try the available upload plugins, they can maybe solve your problem for now.

It integrates smoothly wih the Creative CLEditor plugin, adding it, a new button on the toolbar. I've tested it and it works fine.

@TownFish‌: I've some good news to you.
I've developed the integration with the ImageUpload plugin, so now it doesn't have 2 image buttons (one for local and another for urls) and ony uses the default image button from cleditor.
So the only thing you need to do is to download the Creative Cleditor v1.1 and install the ImageUpload plugin.

Not working on 2.1 with Bootstrap theme. No buttons, cannot enter text.

I just installed the versions:

• Vanilla - 2.1
• Bootstrap theme - 2.3.2
• ImageUpload - 1.1.1
• Creative CLEditor - 1.2

and it works.
Could you please me tell which version do you have, and if you have an online example that i can see.

Same versions as you listed. I don't have an online example, my forum is live. See image, it just doesn't load the editor.

@piotrnl‌ try to disable all your plugins, and enable just the Creative CLEditor, and see if it works.
If it does, try go adding some plugins and see which one broke it and let me know.
But please start a new discussion, because this is one is related to uploading images.

with the imageupload plugin, it works when you are commenting, but doesn't when creating new discussions.
