Backup Path

*noob question I'm trying to backup my old database before installing the new version and no matter what path I try the file is blank. Any suggestions?

    nevermind, i ended up using phpadmin for my backup.

    If you were using the cleanup extension, you should have to create a folder "images" in the vanilla root directory with write permission. That is where the back-up is created before being downloaded.

    due to php restrictions most likely, the old mysql dumping functions in the cleanup extension for 0.9.2.x were never 100% reliable on all hosts. But you've already figured that out it appears, in any case if you have access to phpmyadmin that's always a safer bet.
