MCServer addon screen is blank

Whenever I click on Minecraft Server under addons it just comes up with a blank screen. I've tried reloading it but it still won't work. How can I fix this?

You need to open the default.php in the plugin folder and replace all occurences of &$Sender with $Sender as this wasn't updated for 2.1

Just did that, still showing the server as offline.

open a different browser and also delete the .ini files in the forum cache whenever you edit plugins ....
