Bulk decline not working on /dashboard/user/applicants

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

I have upgraded from 2.0.18.4 to 2.1.3.

In both versions I detected the same problem under /dashboard/user/applicants

  1. I select more than one applicant clicking on their checlboxes
  2. I go to the bottom of the page (lot of scrolling BTW, it would be nice to have the approve/decline buttons at the top also)
  3. Click on decline, the page reloads, I see the same applicants, no one was declined.

The only workaround I found is to decline one by one.
