Notification for wall comments

Hi,

I posted a comment on someone's wall and the person responded to it. According to my notification preferences, I expected to receive both an email as well as a pop-up, but I received neither. Am I missing something? Thanks.

What version of Vanilla are you on?

This was fixed for 2.1 but isn't in 2.2 yet:
