Is it possible control threads/posts in Vanilla admin settings page?

I want to manage the threads/posts via the Vanilla admin page. Is it possible to do so? Or can I only do so from the forum itself?

No, most editing/moderation is done on the frontend.

But there is /dashboard/log/edit which shows the edit log.

do you mean approval of discussion posts and comments for everyone. then you can choose approval in the dashboard for the roles that you want to control. if you mean control of posting by the admin.
