Can FileUpload plugin upload video files?

I am wondering if "FileUpload" plugin can upload video files from computer and mobile devices.
If yes, how can it be made to do that?
If no, is there another plugin that can do video upload?

you can change allowed "extensions" for file attachements via a config statement.

see the config statements in this discussion. add what you think you want to allow, some you may not want to allow.
